What one document costs
AED 0.50 per Basic document. A document is a PDF, a scan or a photo of up to five pages, read into a table of up to ten columns. Enhanced extraction, a stronger read for hard scans and dense layouts, is AED 1.00. Workspaces billed in another currency pay the equivalent: the packs below are the same price expressed ten ways.
There are no seats, no minimum and no subscription. You add balance to the workspace when you need it, the estimate is shown before every batch, and the balance is only deducted when a document is actually processed. A failed document is not charged.

What changes the price
Columns. A table of up to ten columns is one unit. Eleven to twenty columns is two units, twenty-one to thirty is three. Most tables are under ten; a UAE tax invoice with every field a finance team wants is about eleven, so it is worth deciding which columns you actually use.
Pages. A document of up to five pages is one unit. Six to ten pages is two, and so on. Page count is the cost driver because every page is read; a forty-page contract costs eight units, and the estimate says so before you run it.
Mode. Enhanced extraction is twice Basic. Auto lets Saff decide per document and is charged at Basic unless a document genuinely needed the stronger read, in which case the estimate showed the higher figure in advance.

Free every month
Every account gets 15 free documents a month, refreshed on the 1st, with no card. Free documents can have any number of columns and up to five pages each, on Basic or Auto, and are processed overnight. A funded workspace gets every batch back in minutes. Enhanced extraction is charged from the balance.
A free document is counted when processing starts. If a document fails before processing starts, it is not counted. Fifteen a month is enough to convert a small office's receipts or a week of invoices without ever paying, and that is intentional.
The estimate shown before a batch is the price you will pay unless a document turns out to have more pages than expected. The workspace balance history is the record of every deduction.
