Who it is for
Organisations whose documents cannot be processed in a shared hosted service: internal policy says so, a client contract says so, or a security review will say so before anyone is allowed to upload. Banks and their suppliers, legal and audit practices, government-facing contractors, and any finance team whose statements and payroll files are simply not going onto someone else's server.
It is also for teams that want the hosted product's review, batch and Arabic capabilities but need them connected to systems inside the company: a document folder that fills a table automatically, or an export that lands where the ledger expects it. Those connections are part of an install conversation, not the hosted product.
What we need from you
Tell us the document volume, the document types, the country, and the security requirements you already know about. From that we can say what the install needs, how long it takes and what it costs. Availability, scope, timeline and pricing are agreed in writing before anything is installed; this is not an instant self-service deployment, and it is priced as a project plus support rather than per document.
Sample documents help us give an accurate answer, and we will agree a secure way to receive them before you send any. Do not attach sensitive documents to the first enquiry.
The hosted product is built for sensitive files too: originals are not kept, values are encrypted and workspaces are separated. The install is for when that is still not enough, and the honest way to find out is to ask.
