Read what the tool does with the file. Most free converters keep an uploaded file on their servers for a period of hours and say so in their terms. Saff uses the original for the extraction and then removes it, unless your workspace connects its own storage and chooses to keep originals there. Extracted values stay in your workspace, encrypted and separated from every other customer, and are never used to improve anything for anyone else. If documents cannot leave your company at all, Saff can be installed on your own machines.

Yes. Upload a batch, a month of invoices or a folder of delivery notes, and every file is read against the same columns. You get one sheet with one row per document, the same column order for every file, whatever the supplier's layout.

Yes. A scan is a picture, so Saff reads the page as an image, extracts the fields you named and flags any value it could not read with confidence for a person to check against the scan. Phone photographs are handled the same way.

Yes. Arabic, English and both on the same page, including right-to-left layouts, Arabic-Indic numerals and bilingual UAE tax invoices. Text is stored as text, the right way round, so it sorts and filters. The interface is available in Arabic as well.

Because a converter copies the page layout, not the meaning: wrapped text becomes extra rows and margin totals become extra columns. Saff asks which columns you want and fills those, so the layout never gets in the way.

Yes. JPG, PNG and WEBP photos, taken on a phone, at an angle and with shadow, are read as images and the values go into your columns. What the camera did not capture is flagged, not invented.

Yes. The same product can be installed inside your company, on your own machines, with setup, training and support from us. That is the enterprise install; contact us to arrange it.

AED 0.50 per Basic document of up to five pages in a table of up to ten columns, or the equivalent in ten other currencies. Enhanced extraction is AED 1.00. A hundred invoices is about AED 50. There are no seats, no minimum and no subscription; you add balance when you need it.

Yes. Every account gets 15 free documents a month, refreshed on the 1st, with no card. Free documents can have any number of columns and up to five pages each, and are processed overnight; a funded workspace gets every batch back in minutes.

PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG and WEBP. HEIC/HEIF, ZIP files, Word documents, Excel files as source uploads, and password-protected PDFs are not currently supported.

Basic is the standard read and is right for most documents. Enhanced is a stronger read for hard scans, dense layouts and unusual documents; it costs twice as much and is not included in the free tier. Auto lets Saff choose per document and is charged at Basic unless a document genuinely needed Enhanced.

Not by default. The file is used to complete the extraction and then removed. If you want originals kept for later preview, connect your own storage bucket and Saff stores them there, encrypted; you can preview or download them through Saff after signing in.

Yes. Review rows with the original page beside them, edit any value, see the previous values, restore the original result where available, and mark rows as reviewed. The export includes the review notes on a second sheet.

No. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect, which is why uncertain values are flagged for a person. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for business, accounting, legal, tax, compliance or operational decisions.

You do. The customer controls the documents uploaded to Saff and the business data created from them, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
