Subprocessors
Service providers used to operate Saff.
Purpose of this list
Saff uses trusted service providers, process documents, manage payments, send transactional emails, run background tasks, and store encrypted data.
This list explains what each provider is used for. It may be updated as Saff changes, subject to applicable customer agreements and notice requirements.

| Oracle Cloud Infrastructure | Hosts Saff and stores uploaded documents while they are being processed. | Application requests, service logs, and encrypted temporary document files, which are deleted once processing finishes. |
| Stripe | Takes wallet top-up payments. | Payment and customer references and transaction status. Saff never sees a card number. |
| Microsoft 365 | Sends account email: verification, password reset, receipts. | Recipient address and the content of the message. |
| AI extraction provider | Reads a document and returns the values for the fields you chose. | Document content, your field definitions, and the extracted results. |
| Storage you connect yourself | Keeps original files, only if your workspace turns that on. | Encrypted copies of your original documents, in a bucket you control. |
Connected storage is customer-controlled
When a workspace connects S3-compatible storage, Saff does not choose the customer's storage provider or region. The workspace owner is responsible for that bucket and for deciding whether it meets the customer's requirements.
Saff encrypts retained originals before writing them to the connected bucket. Users preview or download retained originals through Saff instead of receiving direct bucket links.
