Why a photo defeats an image to Excel converter
Shadows and glare
The phone's shadow across the total, a flash on the glossy stamp. The number is still there; a converter returns nothing or the wrong one. Saff flags the cell so a person looks, instead of guessing.
Arabic and English on one page

Is it safe to upload a photo of a company document?
A photo of a delivery note carries the same information as the delivery note. Most free converters keep an uploaded image on their servers for a period of hours and say so in their terms; whether that matters depends on what is in the picture.
With Saff the image is used for the extraction and then removed, unless your workspace connects its own storage and chooses to keep originals there. Extracted values stay inside your workspace, encrypted and separated from every other customer, and are never used to improve anything for anyone else.

What it costs

What Saff will not do
It will not read what the camera did not capture. A value that is out of frame, under a thumb or lost in glare comes back empty and flagged, not guessed. Handwritten quantities on a delivery note are read where they are clear and flagged where they are not, so a person decides.
Can I convert a JPG to Excel?
Yes. JPG, JPEG, PNG and WEBP photos and scans, plus PDFs. Upload the file, name the columns you want, and the values are extracted into an Excel table with anything uncertain flagged.
Does it work with photos taken on a phone?
Yes, and that is the case it was built for. Angle, shadow and glare are handled; where they hide a value, the cell is flagged so someone checks it against the photo instead of trusting a guess.
Can I upload many photos at once?
Yes. Upload a batch and every photo is read against the same columns. You get one sheet with one row per photo, ready to filter and total.
Does it read Arabic in a photo?
Yes. Arabic, English and both on the same page, including right-to-left layouts, stamps and bilingual delivery notes and tax invoices.
Is it free?
15 documents a month are free with no card. After that it is AED 0.50 per Basic document, or the equivalent in your currency, prepaid and without a subscription.
What happens to the photos I upload?
